Follow these simple steps to register as a public player and book online:

• Firstly click the REGISTER button below and register yourself as a public member
• After you have registered as a public member you can then click VIEW TEE TIMES to view all available time sheets and make a booking
• We recommend that you read the TERMS & CONDITIONS and PRIVACY POLICY statements before making a booking

Important Terms and Conditions:

• Wollongong Golf Club has introduced a new managed parking system designed to improve fairness, protect parking availability, and ensure our members are always looked after.
• Our car park is now operating using License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology to deliver a seamless, ticket‑free experience.
  • Drive up to the boom gate and it will open automatically.
  • Golfing Members, Social Members with validation, and registered hotel guests will enjoy complimentary parking and exit charge‑free.

  • Non‑Social Member visitors will pay at the exit.

 

• Please note, there is no guarantee that you will receive a car park – this is subject to availability on the day.

• Dress regulations apply (players must wear Collared Shirt and Enclosed Shoes)
• Check in at the Pro-Shop 15-20 minutes prior to tee time
• Maximum 4 players per group (e.g. cannot play in a group of 5 or 6)
• No excessive noise or unruly behavior
• All players occupying a golf cart MUST sign the cart waiver form
• NO BYO allowed

Failure to comply with the club’s terms and conditions may lead to WGC cancelling your booking with NO CREDIT
